Inspired by Clive Barkers Cabal, which I have read so many times the ink is just falling off the pages.

This series came from the below passage from Cabal

"they might not have prayed at all had they known that they prayed to themselves. But these were revelations for a later day. For now, they had simpler concerns. This passage helped me come up with a fan fic I am writing (and will one day , hopefully, turn into a tv series). The children of Midian, cast out, and running the world waiting to be brought back togeather.
